Meet Phil

My name is Phil. I am over 50 years old and having worked in the corporate world for almost 30 years, I have decided to make a change to my life and follow my passion of becoming a Personal Trainer for those who are over 50 and young!

Throughout my life I have always been keen on sports having played and coached competitive Football, Rugby, Cricket and Judo. 

I have a Level 4 & 5 NZIHF Certificate in Personal Training and Specialise in 50+, 1 on 1 and Group Training.
