Meet Phil
My name is Phil. I am over 50 years old and having worked in the corporate world for almost 30 years, I have decided to make a change to my life and follow my passion of becoming a Personal Trainer for those who are over 50 and young!
Throughout my life I have always been keen on sports having played and coached competitive Football, Rugby, Cricket and Judo.
I have a Level 4 & 5 NZIHF Certificate in Personal Training and Specialise in 50+, 1 on 1 and Group Training.

How I Can Help You
I offer both private Personal Training Sessions and Group Fitness Classes – and these are not mutually exclusive!
1 0n 1
I offer both 1/2 hour and hour long sessions either at a gym of your choice or from the comforts of your own home.
Group Class
These are run every Sunday at 8:30-9:30am at Long Bay Reserve. We have a bite to eat and a coffee afterwards!
Online
Do fitness remotely through Zoom or Skype - all that is needed is an internet connection!
Mobile
I can come to an address of your choice. Choose where you want to workout and I will train you there!
