Hi there! My name is Phil Rowe and I am a qualified personal trainer on Auckland’s North Shore with over 5 years of personal training experience and over 10 years of sports coaching. I offer 1 on 1 personal training and also run a weekly fitness class every Sunday morning at Long Bay.
